- Get a demo from your IT folks
- Get your top six KPI's on your mobile device
- Ask somebody in your company who is an early adopter to give you a demo
- Get a demo from Project X on geographic BI, using Geodash
- Get a report on your mobile device
Select something that will give you some real value but will not take much effort. Do not overthink it. Try some experiments. Be a leader and an early adopter for a change.
Do not initiate a major project until you know there will be real value.
