Open Space Technology Unconference

A friend mentioned Open Space Technology recently and I decided to look into it. I have no experience with the idea but it sounds like something I would like to participate in. I would love to hear others thoughts and experiences.
I gather the agenda is created in the opening circle and then people break into groups for discussion. They have a “two feet rule”, which is if you do not like where you are use your two feet and move.
I include some references below to other sites to give some background.
