Law of Attraction # 6

One thing that is profound about the Law of Attraction is that it is the way things are.  What you send out there is what comes back to you.  If you wonder what you are sending out, assess what is coming coming back to you.

In golf example all players hit bad shots.  The key is how one reacts to the bad shots.  The great golfers work hard on creating great shots from tough spots.  We have all seen Tiger put himself in impossible situations and then produce a miracle shot.  He never gives up.  He always expect to make a good shot.  He attracts and allows great things to happen.  He is more impressive when he is not playing well and still works hard on every shot.  He never considers himself out of the game.

Translating that into our working world is really important.  When the going gets tough, the tough get going!  Just because you are not getting the result you wanted, (hit it in the rough) do not despair but consider the next step and be creative.  The key to attracting and allowing good results is to take a positive attitude.

I hope the golf metaphor works for you as it does for me.

A pearl of great wisdom I have been carrying around with me for about two years now comes from the writings of RUMI (12 century Sufism).
“Someone once asked a great sheikh what Sufism was. He responded, The feeling of great joy when sudden disappointment comes.” From The Essential Rumi, translation by Coleman Barks.
When we hit the bad shot in golf, or fall skiing, or loose our passport in France, it is our react to the disappointment that really counts.
