One of the most powerful mood changers is really a very simple process. It works amazing well and something which I kept beside my bed and read each morning for many years. I think I will make the list again to remind me. All you need to do is ask three questions;
1. What am I grateful for in my life? Respond with at least three things with enthusiasm.
2. What do I appreciate in my life? Respond with at least three things with enthusiasm.
3. Who loves me and who do I love?
You will find that these simple questions will alter you mood and put you in a great space that will attract more great vibes. Simple, yet very powerful.
Make this list and put it on your desk, on your morning mirror, in your car, everywhere. You need positive vibes in all these places.
