Why When It Rains

Raindrop Drago was talking today at the office about why does the network slow down when it rains?

I don’t know.  How about you?

There is a formal explanation to this phenomenon:
The shift in the electro magnetic field, forces electrons in the wire to start shifting its flow direction, which in turn forces the IP switching mechanisms to deal with all that negative pressure building in the wire…just teasing… :-)) Simply too many people using the network to cry to each other about the rain!

Maybe it’s because when it rains, everyone is inside surfing on the web instead of being outdoors enjoying good weather.
