Organizational Design, Development, Change and Culture

Friday I had the good fortune to sit down with Donald Fowke of the New Management Network.

Ostensibly it was a meeting set up by Jim to help me with some organizational development planning.  As we are having both the surprise of faster growth than expected and we want to make sure we are following a plan.

Don was a great fellow who did a great job helping me explore and get to the points of what were the underlying core structure, guidelines and culture of who we want to be.  It was a great example of the ability to ask questions to have the nature of my answers guide me through to initial discovery.

So thank you Don.  That was great.  So if you are in need of some support and viewpoints on:
